Sterile Production Operator

About the Role

Tabuk Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Sterile Production Operator to join their team in Dammam. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience and involves operating sterile machinery and ensuring adherence to aseptic and hygiene standards in pharmaceutical production.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate sterile machines, including filling machines (vial, ampoule, eye drops), autoclaves, tunnels, manufacturing vessels, and freeze dryers.
• Maintain good aseptic behavior and hygiene practices within the production area.
• Manage media fill activities in coordination with relevant departments.
• Follow instructions from the direct supervisor and strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) during machine operation.
• Contribute to OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and yield improvements to achieve production Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Support other production team members through proper understanding and guidance.
• Clean production areas and equipment in accordance with respective SOPs.
• Perform machine changeovers and settings according to approved procedures, and provide support for machine troubleshooting.
• Strictly follow filling/manufacturing procedures as per Process Order Instructions (POI) requirements, considering GMP as a standard for all procedures, and inform superiors for verification upon completion of each stage.
• Ensure online documentation for all activities as per approved procedure requirements and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Follow proper hygiene practices and guide production team members to adhere to the same standards.
• Support engineering, validation, and quality teams during re-qualification, validation, and calibration processes.

Experience and Work Schedule

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in sterile production environments. The role requires flexibility to work in rotational shifts (day/night) and on weekends.
