Join our team as a Senior Branch Manager!Our client is seeking an experienced and self-driven Senior Branch Manager to lead their Riyadh operations in the signage and acrylic materials industry. This pivotal role demands a profound understanding of the Riyadh market and the ability to build strong relationships with signage and fabrication clients. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the branch from sales forecasting to operational control.
Key Responsibilities:- Branch Leadership & Team Management: Lead the Riyadh branch confidently; manage sales staff, storekeepers, drivers, and coordinators, and cultivate a culture of responsibility and customer service.
- Sales & Customer Relationship Management: Develop monthly sales targets, maintain strong customer relationships, and conduct regular market visits.
- Sales Forecasting & Business Planning: Prepare sales forecasts and analyze market trends for inventory management.
- Operations & Warehouse Management: Ensure timely operations, manage delivery and warehouse accuracy, and improve inventory efficiency.
- Credit Control & Collection Support: Monitor customer payments and support the finance team in ensuring adherence to company credit policies.
- Reporting & Compliance: Submit monthly performance reports and ensure documentation accuracy.
Skills & Qualifications:To excel in this role, you should possess:
- 8–12+ years of experience in signage materials, acrylic sheets, LED modules, or digital printing supplies.
- A strong network of customers in the Riyadh and Central Region.
- Proven track record in independently managing a branch.
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- A valid KSA driving license.
