Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customs clearance for shipments.
• Ensure adherence to customs regulations and procedures.
• Provide expertise on customs matters to clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Handle customs-related inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience in customs clearance processes.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and receive correspondence and invoices, following up and resolving issues with Saudi customs, Ports & Operators, specifically at the Dammam and Jubail Ports.
• Office work related to tracking and submission of manifests, including imports, exports, transshipments, and empty containers.
• Monitor and upload customs invoices and port invoices into the company systems for processing.
• Utilize the ZATCA (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority) platform to submit letters, procedures, and issues related to the operational process.

Requirements:

• Any related educational degree in the field.
• 2 or more years of experience.
• Strong relationship management skills.
