Responsibilities:- Manage and record project cost and progress.
- Prepare cost data for Expenditure and Cash Flow reports.
- Set up and maintain tracking reports for Monthly Progress Invoices.
- Develop specific budgets and report monthly contract status.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and management to provide updates and insights on project statuses.
Requirements:- College/University Degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong knowledge of cost estimating, reporting systems, and financial data analysis.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
