Join NAMA as an Electrical Supervisor!We are seeking a skilled Electrical Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance activities and ensure our plant operates smoothly and efficiently. This critical role involves managing a team, troubleshooting issues, and adhering to safety and quality standards required in the petrochemical industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise daily electrical maintenance activities and conduct group meetings to discuss safety and distribute tasks.
- Plan and monitor maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with ISO and other statutory requirements.
- Oversee the installation and repair of industrial electrical motors and control circuits.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures, including transformers, UPS, and HVAC systems.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and conduct regular employee appraisals.
- Manage spare parts inventory and prepare monthly maintenance reports.
Education and Experience:A 3-year diploma in Electrical Engineering and at least 10 years of maintenance experience in the petrochemical sector are required for this role. You should also possess excellent troubleshooting skills and a solid understanding of electrical safety protocols.
