About the Role: To deliver the company’s growth objectives by optimizing sales and distribution of all Almarai Bakery products in his designated area by strictly adhering to company operational policies & procedures and maintaining the highest sales and merchandising standards through strong leadership of a team of salesmen.

Key Activities:
  • Conducting effective session endorsement with Salesmen/ Assistant salesmen & reviewing performance on a daily basis.
  • Performing 'morning duty' to ensure all sales vans go to market on time and to provide support to any issues faced by Salesmen at the time of leaving depot.
  • Setting/ reviewing targets for Salesmen on a regular basis to ensure the sales/growth objective is achieved.
  • Commencing new routes/ reviewing existing coverage to optimize resources.
  • Conducting route ride/ field assessment for all salesmen in his area.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years experience in sales preferably in the Ice Cream business.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Competencies such as knowledge of Sales operation in FMCG environment; numeric and analytical ability; leadership and teamwork skills; negotiating skills; time management skills; ability to motivate and inspire others.
