Position Summary:
ISG Jubail seeks a dynamic and inspiring IB Geography and Social Studies teacher with a passion for engaging students in the exploration of human and physical environments, global issues, and the interconnectedness of societies. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading students in developing the skills to analyze, discuss, and evaluate geographic, historical, and social phenomena at local, national, and international levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Demonstrate commitment to the safety and security of children and young people.
Collaborate around meeting our mission: We inspire innovation and compassionate action.
Plan and deliver engaging, inquiry-based lessons aligned with the IB DP Geography course.
Foster students’ understanding of global issues and cultural diversity.
Integrate Approaches to Teaching and Learning (ATL) skills into classroom practice.
Communicate and collaborate in a professional manner.
Contribute to student growth and collaboration beyond the classroom.
Manage classroom dynamics effectively.

Qualifications:
The candidate must have a minimum of bachelor’s degree in a related field. Deep pedagogical content knowledge in IB Geography and Social Studies is required, along with current certification/licensure to teach Social Studies.

Experience Required:
Previous teaching experience in an international context is preferred, especially in IB Geography and Social Studies at the middle and high school level. The candidate should possess skills in organizing student projects, designing interdisciplinary units, and collaborating with colleagues.

About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled Safety Officer to ensure compliance with our client's safety policies, procedures, and international standards. You will work on-site in Jubail, Saudi Arabia.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with client safety policies and international safety standards (OSHA, NEBOSH, etc.).
Enforce adherence to Permit to Work (PTW) systems including Hot Work, Confined Space Entry, and Working at Heights.
Monitor compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) laws and regulations.
Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Risk Assessments before the commencement of tasks.
Identify potential hazards and implement preventive and corrective measures.
Participate in HAZID / HAZOP studies during project planning phases.
