Join Guardian Glass as a Production Supervisor! We are seeking a talented individual to lead our operational team at the Float Glass Facility in Al-Jubail, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will enhance team culture and ensure efficient plant operations while empowering your team members to achieve their best.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of 7-8 operators, ensuring safety and efficiency.
  • Foster a high-performing team by understanding individual capabilities and providing development opportunities.
  • Drive safety excellence and provide necessary training to crew members.
  • Monitor product quality and improve operational efficiency.
  • Conduct annual performance reviews and apply the development cycle for team members.
  • Meet or exceed KPI goals through effective process management.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably on the shop floor.
  • Proven track record in leading teams and driving process improvements.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts.
