Your leadership and support are essential at the project level to ensure all HSE goals, objectives, and targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive a proactive, best-in-class HSE culture.
- Lead the development and governance of the HSE Management System.
- Collaborate with management to implement safety protocols.
- Conduct safety audits and risk assessments.
- Prepare safety reports for management.
- Lead investigations of HSE-related incidents.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Health, Safety, Environment Management, or equivalent.
- 15+ years in HSE within the construction sector.
- 5+ years of experience in the Middle East.
- NEBOSH Diploma qualification or equivalent.
Skills:- Strong communication and training skills.
- Experience in implementation of ISO management systems.
- Analytical approach to audits and risk assessments.
