As the Housekeeping Supervisor at Rixos Murjana, located in King Abdullah Economic City, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct daily briefings for Room Attendants and ensure effective training.
- Perform daily inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and service areas to guarantee cleanliness.
- Coordinate with Engineering for maintenance and prepare job orders.
- Monitor the grooming of staff and ensure they meet company standards.
- Handle all service matters promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure special attention is given to VIP rooms and handle lost and found items.
- Oversee work schedules and maintain effective employee relations.
- Conduct fumigation and manage room linen inventory.
- Maintain a detailed approach during inspections of occupied and vacant rooms.
Qualifications:- University Degree in any field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role at a five-star hotel.
- Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality preferred with 810 years of experience in 45 star hotels.
