Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily briefings for Room Attendants and ensure effective training.
• Perform daily inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and service areas to guarantee cleanliness.
• Coordinate with Engineering for maintenance and prepare job orders.
• Monitor the grooming of staff and ensure they meet company standards.
• Handle all service matters promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure special attention is given to VIP rooms and handle lost and found items.
• Oversee work schedules and maintain effective employee relations.
• Conduct fumigation and manage room linen inventory.
• Maintain a detailed approach during inspections of occupied and vacant rooms.

Qualifications:

• University Degree in any field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role at a five-star hotel.
• Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality preferred with 810 years of experience in 45 star hotels.
