Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional service in line with Rixos’s corporate strategies and brand standards.
  • Assist the Marketing Executive and/or Director of Marketing in developing and implementing the hotel’s marketing communications strategy.
  • Craft compelling advertising, promotions, public relations materials, and graphics that align with marketing objectives.
  • Utilize a broad range of design skills including print, packaging, branding, typography, and digital design.
  • Ensure adherence to Rixos Hotels Sales & Marketing Policies and Standard Operational Procedures.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and promote a positive company image.
  • Participate in departmental and communication meetings as requested.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 23 years of experience in a design firm or creative team environment.
  • Strong conceptual thinking skills with a solid background in various design fields.
  • Proficient in Creative Suite software and industry-standard programs such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

  • Compliance with Policies: Adhere to company policies and procedures related to surveillance monitoring, data protection, and security protocols.
