Job Responsibilities:We are seeking a candidate with experience in sanitary tools or lighting equipment and the ability to supervise the sales team in the showroom, improve their results, and provide necessary support. Key responsibilities include:
- Equitably distributing monthly sales targets among sales staff to ensure overall showroom objectives are met.
- Determining each seller's quota based on previous performance and analyzing market needs.
- Continuously monitoring each seller's sales performance on an hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Conducting regular discussions with sales representatives to enhance performance and achieve sales goals.
- Overseeing sales across all sections within the showroom to ensure the growth of each area.
- Distributing resources evenly among sections to achieve balanced and effective sales across all departments.
Requirements:The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent communication abilities with customers and team members, negotiation and problem-solving skills, and should have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in showroom sales or management of sanitary tools or lighting exhibits. Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Office and sales management software is essential. A leadership personality that motivates the team to achieve goals and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and employees is required.
