Join SADAFCO as a Sales Supervisor!
We are looking for a dynamic individual to manage our sales team and oversee the Sales & Distribution activities for assigned routes to ensure targets are met and distribution policies are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Management: Assist in setting targets for the sales team and guide them to manage and control sales routes effectively.
  • Market Insights: Gather and share information on sales channels and competitor activities to inform actions.
  • Replenishment Targets: Ensure that sales staff execute the company’s replenishment program effectively and manage product availability.
  • Key Accounts: Maintain relationships with Modern Trade and Wholesale customers as per agreements.
  • Journey Planning: Optimize daily route planning for salesmen to maximize productivity.
  • Product Monitoring: Ensure adherence to product shelf life standards and waste management policies.
  • New Customer Acquisition: Initiate sales to new clients in assigned territories.
  • Credit Management: Implement the credit policy and ensure timely collections.
  • Workshop and Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of company assets.
  • People Management: Ensure effective recruitment, training, and development of staff.
  • Administration: Maintain accurate reporting and data entry.
  • Endorsements: Conduct daily performance reviews with salesmen.
  • Professional Appearance: Ensure company vehicles and uniforms are maintained to standards.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a high school diploma, vocational degree in business/marketing/finance preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of Van Sales experience or 2 years in a similar role.
  • Good analytical and people management skills.
  • Fluent in English, Arabic is preferred.
  • Physically fit and computer literate.
