Qualifications:

• Minimum of a high school diploma, vocational degree in business/marketing/finance preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of Van Sales experience or 2 years in a similar role.
• Good analytical and people management skills.
• Fluent in English, Arabic is preferred.
• Physically fit and computer literate.

• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train teams.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain solid business relationships.
• Thorough knowledge of the automotive parts market in the region.
