Key Responsibilities:- Lead the sales unit to achieve area sales objectives across categories, volume, and value.
- Ensure execution excellence and maintain core distribution, coverage, and visibility objectives.
- Develop, negotiate, implement, and monitor Customer Business Plans aligned with company objectives.
- Maintain an up-to-date tracker covering sales achievements, performance records, customer information, and competition data.
- Manage, develop, motivate, and train the sales team to achieve excellence.
- Establish and maintain long-term effective business relationships with customers.
Are You a Fit?- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.
- 34 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and financial awareness.
- Ability to plan, organize, multitask and focus on results.
- Experience in coaching and influencing a team.
