About the Role:
The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for achieving the company’s growth objectives by optimizing sales and distribution within their designated area. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and providing guidance to a team of salesmen while adhering to company operational policies.
• Ensuring the highest sales and merchandising standards are maintained.
• Conducting performance reviews and effective endorsement sessions with salesmen and assistant salesmen on a daily basis.
• Setting and reviewing sales targets to ensure that objectives are met.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a supervisory role within a van sales environment, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Possession of a diploma.

• Prospect, showcase, and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
• Prepare status reports tracking sales funnels and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with affiliate staff to ensure sales closure.
• Drive new business opportunities by maintaining regular customer visits.
• Conduct seminars/exhibitions along with the Sales & Marketing team to increase market share.

Customer Focus:

• Identify and resolve client concerns to establish strong relationships.
• Enhance customer satisfaction through consulting and effective communication.
• Help customers understand product use across different settings.

Utilize Resources:

• Support commercial partner teams to achieve mutual goals.
• Maintain effective communication across business units.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Laboratories Science or Medical Science.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Life Sciences and IVD.
• Experience in a multinational company preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Saudi Arabia.
