Coty, one of the world’s largest beauty companies, is searching for a passionate and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our sales efforts in Jeddah. In this dynamic role, you'll be at the heart of our retail operations, driving sales growth while managing a team of Beauty Advisors.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Commercial Performance: Implement sales strategies to achieve sell-out and market share targets, build relationships with store managers, and ensure store fundamentals are met.
  • Lead & Develop Your Team: Manage and motivate Beauty Advisors, track their performance, and provide necessary training to inspire brand passion.
  • Analyze and Report Performance: Regularly report on sales results, monitor competitor activities, and assess team performance.
  • Execute In-store Excellence: Maintain high merchandising standards, oversee retail activations, and ensure sufficient stock levels.
  • Collaborate Cross-functionally: Work closely with Marketing, HR, and other teams to ensure alignment on staffing, stock flow, and training initiatives.

You Should Have:
  • 12 years of experience in field sales or key account supervision in beauty or retail.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabia’s retail environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • 35 years of experience in automotive parts sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Preferable experience with all three sales channels: retail, corporate, and wholesale.
  • Proven record of achievements in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train teams.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
