  • Market Insights: Maintain a thorough understanding of sales and distribution channels and competitor activities, sharing insights for strategic actions.
  • Replenishment Targets: Ensure all sales staff are well-trained in the company’s replenishment program to maintain product availability and freshness.
  • Journey Planning: Optimize daily routes for the sales team to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • People Management: Lead and manage the sales team, providing training and ensuring alignment with HR policies.

Job Requirements:
  • Educational Level: Minimum high school diploma or vocational degree in business, marketing, or finance.
  • Experience: At least 5 years in Van Sales or 2 years in a similar position.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills are essential.
  • Languages: Proficient in English and Arabic is preferred.
  • Physical: Candidates must be physically fit and computer literate.
