**Role summary:**
Leading the company's strategic financial management, ensuring financial sustainability, and supporting executive decisions through advanced financial analysis, risk management, and financial governance according to approved standards.

**Key responsibilities:**

* Preparing and implementing financial strategy, budgets, and forecasts.
* Overseeing reports, financial statements, and financial analysis.
* Managing cash, liquidity, and working capital.
* Ensuring financial and tax compliance and governance.
* Coordinating with auditors, banks, and managing financing.
* Leading and developing the finance team and improving financial systems.

**Qualifications required:**

* Bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting / Business Administration (Master's degree or professional certificates such as CPA, CFA, CMA preferred).
* 5 to 9 years of experience in the financial field, with leadership experience.
* Familiarity with international accounting standards and systems.
