Key Responsibilities:- Assign daily tasks to operators based on production priorities.
- Supervise hourly employees to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Lead daily meetings to discuss performance and action plans.
- Verify readiness for production at the start of each shift.
- Monitor line activities for adherence to production expectations.
- Support problem-solving initiatives to enhance production processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Required Qualifications:- Diploma or technical college degree; equivalent experience also considered.
- Minimum 5 years in manufacturing or production environment.
- At least 2 years leading teams or supervising operators.
Preferred Qualifications:- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and tools.
- Experience in conducting management meetings and supporting visual management systems.
- Knowledge of production systems like ELM and SmartShop.
