Position Overview:
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with clients in the industrial sector. Your technical knowledge of machinery and engineering solutions, combined with excellent sales skills, will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Saudi market.
  • Generate leads and convert them into long-term customers.
  • Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machinery solutions.
  • Prepare quotations and proposals, following up for order finalization.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, delivery, and project execution.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts.
  • Provide after-sales support when required.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely response and service coordination.

Requirements:
Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the Saudi Arabian market.
  • Background in industrial machinery or engineering product sales.

Technical Skills:
  • Understanding of industrial machinery and technical products.
  • Ability to read and understand technical specifications.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused and result-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in a regional market.
  • Strong networking ability in KSA industrial sectors.
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage.
  • GCC driving license preferred.
