Responsibilities:
  • Run the production process systematically and efficiently.
  • Conduct hourly process control checks and participate in quality meetings.
  • Monitor and manage material usage and waste to achieve efficiency targets.
  • Ensure all equipment is hygienically maintained.
  • Address any food safety hazards immediately and report them to your manager.
  • Oversee the process workers at your station.
Qualifications:
  • Must have completed industrial training (ITI) or equivalent.
  • Minimum two years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Basic communication skills and a good working attitude.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Flexibility to travel as required.
  • MOS certification is a plus.
