Job Responsibilities:- Run the process line and equipment systematically and effectively to achieve production targets.
- Gather hourly data for process control checks and conduct quality meetings.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards while alerting managers about any food safety hazards.
- Summarize daily material usage and calculate efficiency metrics.
- Manage process workers and ensure good manufacturing practices.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on processing equipment as necessary.
Qualifications:- Industrial training institute graduate or relevant equivalent.
- A minimum of two years’ experience in a manufacturing processing environment (waivered with a tertiary background).
- Basic communication skills and a positive working attitude.
