Internal Audit Manager to drive internal audit operations effectively.
Role Purpose:The
Internal Audit Manager will oversee the implementation of the annual audit plan, manage a team of auditors, and ensure compliance with auditing standards. You will report directly to the Director of Internal Audit and present findings to the Chief Audit Executive (CAE).
Key Duties & Responsibilities:- Implement timely decisions relevant to the department and report on status monthly.
- Deliver the annual audit plan on time.
- Approve and review all audit programs.
- Manage budget effectively, ensuring audits are conducted within planned timelines.
- Ensure compliance with internal audit standards through regular quality assurance reviews.
- Provide training and share knowledge with team members.
- Collect and maintain stakeholder feedback on audits with a target satisfaction score of 75%.
Job Requirements:- Minimum 10 years of audit experience, preferably in construction or project-based industries.
- Strong knowledge of internal controls and audit methodologies.
- Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Certification such as CIA, CISA, CPA, or equivalent.
