Key Responsibilities:- Lead the kitchen brigade and ensure ongoing development of Team Members.
- Create menus that meet and exceed customers' needs and conform to brand standards.
- Oversee the operations of the kitchen including budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and waste management.
- Engage proactively with guests to develop positive customer relations.
- Manage financial performance to improve gross profit margins and comply with current legislation.
- Recruit, manage, train, and develop the kitchen team.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
What We're Looking For:To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience as an Executive Chef or a high-performing Sous Chef in a first-class property, along with excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to maintain high food quality standards.
