As a Sales Coordinator, you will provide essential support to the Sales team in administrative tasks, customer service, and sales lead development, all aimed at driving future and repeat business.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify new contacts and develop sales leads to maximize revenue.
  • Fully understand hotel amenities, packages, and promotions.
  • Generate sales leads and reach out to potential clients to build business relationships.
  • Produce accurate quotations and written confirmations to all clients.
  • Create timely reports to assist the Sales Director and senior management.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve any issues to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct hotel show rounds for potential clients.

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High level of IT skills, including proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Proactive and organized approach to meeting targets.
  • Previous experience in a sales role is advantageous.
  • A relevant degree in a sales or business discipline is preferred.
