- Generate and develop sales leads while building strong business relationships with potential clients.
- Produce accurate quotations and written confirmations for clients.
- Prepare timely reports for the Sales Director and senior management regarding appointments, calls, and business leads.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve outstanding issues to ensure future business.
- Conduct hotel show rounds for prospective clients.
