We are seeking a dedicated Sales Coordinator to fully support our Sales team in developing future and repeat business, ensuring a high level of service and organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify new contacts, develop sales leads, and respond to sales opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Understand hotel amenities, packages, and promotions to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Generate quotations and written confirmations for clients.
  • Produce accurate and timely reports for the Sales Director and senior management.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction regularly and resolve outstanding issues.
  • Arrange and conduct hotel show rounds.

Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High level of IT skills, including proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Proactive approach to meeting deadlines and targets.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a sales role.
  • Relevant degree in sales or business discipline.

    • Assist in communication between Developers and support teams.
    • Manage documentation and contract drafting.
    • Propose enhancements to improve sales process efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Operations, Documentation, or Customer Services.
  • Previous experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
  • Strong Operations Management Skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
