Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and generate new sales leads, cultivating relationships with potential clients.

  • Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase Odoo ERP capabilities.
  • Client Consultations: Understand and analyze client business processes to recommend tailored solutions.
  • Proposal & Quotation Creation: Prepare customized proposals based on client needs.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the sales process from inquiry to deal closure.
  • Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships for customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with technical and implementation teams for smooth transitions.
  • Sales Targets & Reporting: Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate sales activity reports.

Must Have:
  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • 2+ years of experience in ERP sales, particularly with Odoo or similar platforms.
  • Strong B2B sales experience with proven results.
  • Familiarity with industries using Odoo (manufacturing, retail, etc.) is beneficial.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of independent sales pipeline management.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

Nice to Have:
  • Experience in writing online content
  • Knowledge of Google Adwords
  • Strong analytical skills
