Tasks and Responsibilities:

Working Hours:

Job Details:

• Welcoming all customers directly upon their entry to the showroom.
• Maintaining a decent appearance and adhering to the official uniform.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the workplace, organizing the stock storage.
• Working with colleagues in the department on the periodic inventory.
• Continuously working on self-education to increase knowledge of the goods and brands available.
• Providing high-level customer service by treating the customer professionally, listening to them, giving them attention, following the five principles of customer service, and maintaining continuous communication through messages and all available means, and informing the customer of everything new in the goods.
• Handling customer complaints positively and trying to solve the issue and raising the matter to the direct manager if the issue cannot be resolved.
• Handling exchange and return requests for all customers according to the instructions followed.
• Following the company’s security and safety instructions and fully cooperating with the security department.
• Working to attract new customers and maintain existing ones, and working to bring back former customers and motivate them to return to purchase.
• Continuously arranging goods in the showroom and returning them to their natural state.
• Consulting the showroom manager on any issue that hinders the workflow to resolve it.
• Following all instructions issued by management.
