• Working with other department colleagues on periodic inventory.

• Providing high-level customer service by treating the customer professionally and listening to them, giving them attention, following the five principles of customer service, and maintaining continuous communication via messages and all available methods, informing the customer about all new products.
• Dealing with customer complaints positively, attempting to solve the problem, and escalating it to the direct manager if resolution is not possible.
• Handling exchange and return requests for all customers according to the established instructions.
• Following management instructions regarding labor laws.
• Following the company's safety and security instructions and fully cooperating with the security department.
