Join Our Team as a Senior Sales Coordinator!

As a Senior Sales Coordinator at dubizzle, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team throughout the sales process. This position is based in Jiddah, Makkah, and involves assisting in pre and post sales documentation, ensuring smooth operations for efficient sales execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developer Coordination:

    • Responsible for Developer reporting and reconciliations.
  • Riyadh Office Coordination:

    • Coordinate with Sales Development / Developers in Riyadh for all developer-related issues.
    • Communicate essential project updates and policy changes to the Jeddah team.
    • Act as a bridge between the Riyadh and Jeddah sales teams.
    • Track and report lead activities with recommended actions.
  • Sales Team Support:
    • Equip the sales team with necessary project and developer information.
    • Resolve queries related to projects, inventory, and pricing.
    • Assist in communication between Developers and support teams.
    • Manage documentation and contract drafting.
    • Propose enhancements to improve sales process efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Operations, Documentation, or Customer Services.
  • Previous experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
  • Strong Operations Management Skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
