Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new contacts and develop sales leads.
  • Understand hotel amenities, packages, and promotions.
  • Generate sales leads and contact potential clients.
  • Produce quotations and written confirmations for clients.
  • Prepare accurate reports for the Sales Director and senior management.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues to ensure ongoing business.
  • Arrange and conduct hotel tours for potential clients.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High proficiency in IT including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Proactive approach to meeting deadlines and targets.
  • Strong organizational and administration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a sales role.

    • Assist in communication between Developers and support teams.
    • Manage documentation and contract drafting.
    • Propose enhancements to improve sales process efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Operations, Documentation, or Customer Services.
  • Previous experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
  • Strong Operations Management Skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
