About the Job:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented IT Procurement Manager to manage the sourcing, negotiation, and procurement of IT-related products and services. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of IT hardware, software, licensing, and services procurement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for IT products and services, ensuring alignment with business and technology goals.
  • Source and manage vendor relationships for IT hardware (servers, networking, user devices), software (SaaS, on-prem licenses), cloud services, telecom, and professional services.
  • Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and service level agreements (SLAs) with IT vendors and service providers.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to forecast technology needs and plan procurement budgets accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing agreements and organizational procurement policies.
  • Evaluate vendor performance regularly to ensure adherence to contractual terms, delivery timelines, and service quality.
  • Analyze procurement data and provide reports on cost savings, budget performance, and supplier performance metrics.
  • Keep up to date with trends in the IT industry, including innovations, pricing, and emerging vendors.
  • Assist in IT asset management, including lifecycle planning, renewals, and disposal processes.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in IT procurement or technology sourcing within a mid to large-sized organization.
  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, software licensing models, and vendor ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated experience negotiating contracts and managing vendor performance.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in procurement tools and ERP systems.
