Job Responsibilities:- Train and supervise kitchen personnel ensuring high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
- Produce high-quality food, ensuring consistency in taste, temperature, and visual appeal.
- Store and manage equipment and perishable items hygienically to avoid contamination.
- Uphold various hygiene and sanitation procedures when handling food and utensils.
- Work with the Executive Steward to maintain kitchen cleanliness.
Qualifications:- Proven experience in pastry or bakery.
- Understanding of baking tools and techniques.
- Competence in pastry and cake decorating.
- Culinary arts certification is a plus.
- Basic communication skills in English and proficiency in mathematical calculations.
- A detail-oriented mindset focused on consistent results.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently under time constraints.
