About the Role:
An opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager to join Jumeirah Jabal Omar. This role is crucial in managing the financial operations of the property, ensuring compliance with Jumeirah standards while driving business performance.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial management aspects, including accounting policies, procurement practices, and financial statement preparation.
• Lead the budget and forecasting process to achieve approved targets.
• Enhance Finance team performance and develop talent for succession planning.
• Deliver accurate business forecasting to optimize resource allocation.
• Provide value-added reporting for operational improvements.
• Coordinate all audit visits, ensuring proactive follow-up on audit issues.
• Maintain strong relationships with apartment owners to align objectives and facilitate approvals.

About You:
The ideal candidate will possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred).
• 5-7 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control.
• Experience in audits, compliance, and statutory requirements.

Role Overview
As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations within our Finance Service Tower. Your responsibilities will include delivering Finance Managed Services to clients, overseeing the execution of processes, ensuring accountability for service-level performance, and facilitating continuous improvement within the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day delivery for finance engagements, including oversight of key customer deliverables.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
• Demonstrate understanding of financial reporting processes, risk, and controls.
• Conduct quality reviews and audits to ensure compliance with established policies.
• Monitor performance of team members and implement appropriate coaching.
• Proactively build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and support execution of Finance Managed Services plans.

Qualifications and Experience
A qualified accountant with at least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably with 3 years in a management role. This includes having a strong understanding of financial reporting processes and risk management, as well as proficiency in MS Office. A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field is required, while a Master’s degree and relevant certifications are preferred.

Soft Skills
Proficient communication skills in English, capable of driving accountability within diverse teams. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines are essential.

Travel Requirements
This position may require 100% travel within Saudi Arabia.

About the Role
As a Financial Analysis Specialist at Lucid Motors, you will play a critical role in leading all financial planning, analysis, and control activities across our electric vehicle manufacturing plant. Your mission will be to partner with various teams, including operations, engineering, and supply chain, to drive cost efficiency and profitability while enhancing our commitment to creating sustainable luxury electric vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a finance business partner to Plant Director, Manufacturing Engineering, and Supply Chain functions.
• Drive strategic decision-making by providing data-driven insights related to cost, productivity, and investment performance.
• Lead the annual plant budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial planning cycles.
• Manage detailed costing and controlling functions across different shop-wise cost centers.
• Implement standard costing, variance analysis, and relevant KPIs to evaluate financial performance.
• Support and enhance operational finance initiatives to optimize material utilization and labor productivity.
• Lead and mentor the manufacturing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, CMA, or MBA in Finance.
• 15–20 years of experience in manufacturing finance, preferably within the automotive or EV industry.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment.
