Key Responsibilities:

• Provide consistently professional, friendly, and engaging service.
• Welcome guests to the assigned outlet and conduct them to their tables.
• Handle outlet reservations and manage the reservation book.
• Set up the outlet prior to business hours.
• Coordinate with the service team for reservations and table arrangements.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the outlet and entrance area.
• Maintain close and friendly contact with guests to assure their well-being.
• Be knowledgeable about menus and promotions to recommend to guests.
• Contribute to setting up the outlet’s database.
• Check on guest satisfaction as they depart.

Skills Required:

• Diploma/degree in hospitality preferred.
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage within a hotel is an advantage.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Smart appearance and grooming are essential.
