Responsibilities:- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using seating software or manual logs.
- Provide accurate wait time estimates and maintain smooth guest flow.
- Assist with answering phones, taking reservations, and providing restaurant information.
- Collaborate with servers and management to ensure excellent guest service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area.
Qualifications:- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
- Minimum of 1-year fine dining experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
