Guest Experience Agent

About the Role

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Guest Experience Agent to join our team in Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to ensuring guests have a positive and memorable experience from their initial arrival. The role focuses on creating seamless interactions, providing local insights, and anticipating guest needs to make them feel welcome and comfortable.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome to all guests, initiating memorable experiences.
• Acknowledge IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests, whether in person or over the phone.
• Process, manage, and receive payments for guest bookings accurately.
• Ensure the check-in and check-out processes are efficient and seamless.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer tailored recommendations.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for guests, assisting with inquiries ranging from billing issues to restaurant recommendations.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a guest-facing or customer service role.
• Ability to manage transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A proactive approach to anticipating guest needs and providing tailored service.
