At Nahdi Medical Co., we aim to make a positive difference in the lives of every guest we serve. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness of store devices within your assigned region. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Maintenance Plan: Develop and manage the Preventive Maintenance Plan Matrix for all stores, distributing maintenance tasks and setting timelines to ensure all devices are operational.
  • Maintenance Tasks: Coordinate daily maintenance tasks and resources, monitor corrective maintenance actions, and conduct weekly reviews with the team to adhere to Service Level Agreements.
  • Budget Management: Collaborate with the Senior Manager to contribute to the maintenance budget, ensuring the availability of necessary resources.
  • Operations Management: Oversee petty cash for spare parts, manage vendor relationships to execute contracts effectively, and provide periodic reports on operational progress and budget use.

This position requires a high school diploma, 2-3 years of relevant experience, proficiency in MS Office, and fluent Arabic language skills. The work environment is structured with 5 working days, 2 days off, and an 8-hour workday with a break.
