About the Role:The Finance System Senior Manager will oversee the strategic direction, integration, and optimization of financial systems within Rua Al Madinah Holding. This role is vital for ensuring the efficient operation and integrity of financial systems while leading projects to enhance system capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and assist in the development of systems and practices within the Finance Service for accurate service delivery.
- Manage and support data repositories, integration processes, and reporting tools.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures through effective analysis and reporting.
- Liaise and build relationships with stakeholders to ensure efficient financial systems service.
- Develop skills within the team to meet functional requirements of Finance Systems processing.
- Manage the integration of new clients ensuring a seamless transition.
- Implement innovative changes related to finance systems process improvements.
- Foster collaboration within Finance departments to achieve organizational objectives.
- Assist in process improvements and new systems integration for Finance systems.
- Oversee reports for appropriate service level delivery to meet organizational needs.
- Comply with relevant authorities as outlined in the Delegations of Authority.
Job Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, MIS, or a technology-related field.
- Minimum of 9 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a similar role.
