We are looking for a competent accompanying supervisor to manage and maintain a commercial tower. He will be responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, security, cleanliness, and managing contracts with service providers to ensure the efficiency of daily operations.

Responsibilities:

Supervising all routine and emergency maintenance work for the tower, including electrical, mechanical, and air conditioning systems.
Monitoring and evaluating the performance of security and cleanliness teams and ensuring the provision of high-quality services.
Managing maintenance and service contracts with suppliers and following up on commitments and contractual terms.
Preparing periodic reports on the condition of facilities and maintenance and repair needs.
Ensuring compliance with safety and security standards throughout the building.
Coordinating and organizing periodic inspection operations on facilities and equipment.
Dealing with tenant complaints and inquiries and working to resolve them effectively.

Required Qualifications:

A degree in facility management, engineering, or a related field.
Practical experience of at least 3 years in facility management, preferably in commercial towers.
High leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
Familiarity with occupational safety and health principles.
Proficiency in the English language.
Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability.
