Job Responsibilities:
  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
  • Oversee day-to-day workflow of the Butler office ensuring service standards are adhered to.
  • Manage departmental inventory control including purchase orders and coding invoices.
  • Responsible for handling all shipping and receiving for owners, guests, and colleagues.
  • Provide administrative support to all areas of the Butler department.
  • Collaborate with all departments within the lodge to communicate day-to-day updates.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and notify appropriate departments as required.
  • Work closely with the maintenance department to address repairs.
  • Balance operational, administrative, and colleague needs.
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Proficient in English (verbal & written) required.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferred.
  • Experience with Hotel Property Management System an asset.
  • Strong organizational, supervisory, and communication skills.
  • Ability to evaluate situations and make decisions quickly and accurately.
  • Able to work effectively in high-stress and fast-paced environments.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities are essential.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work under limited supervision.
