- Lead Generation & Tenant Prospecting: Respond promptly to inquiries and maintain an updated tenant database.
- Negotiation & Leasing Closing: Negotiate rental prices and lease terms, and prepare necessary documents.
- Reporting: Submit weekly reports to the leasing manager and update daily activities in the CRM system.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales/Marketing
- 1 to 3 years of real estate experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Professional presentation
- A valid driving license
- Familiarity with CRM systems
