About the Role:
The Sales Consultant will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from welcoming customers and analyzing their needs, to providing appropriate real estate and financing solutions, all the way to efficiently closing deals and professionally representing the company.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the client journey through the CRM system from registration to closure.
  • Analyze client needs and provide the most suitable options and solutions.
  • Conduct project presentations and organize field tours.
  • Negotiate with clients and manage objections skillfully.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets according to approved sales plans.
  • Continuously track performance reports and analyze results.
  • Collaborate with relevant entities regarding real estate financing products and systems (banks – Wafi – Ijar – General Real Estate Authority).
  • Maintain a professional appearance and behavior that represents the company optimally.
  • Stay updated on market trends and residential projects.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Saudi nationality only.
  • At least one year of experience in real estate sales or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate financing products and related systems.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and managing client stages.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to work under pressure.
  • High skills in persuasion, negotiation, and objection management.
