Tasks and Responsibilities:

Receiving visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner and ensuring they feel welcome.

Answering phone calls and directing them to the relevant departments effectively.

Managing incoming and outgoing emails and coordinating with different departments.

Organizing the schedule of appointments and meetings for senior management.

Maintaining cleanliness and order in the reception area and common facilities.

Providing basic administrative support such as copying documents and preparing correspondence.

Following up on internal requests and inquiries and ensuring they are resolved or directed to the appropriate parties.

Handling emergency situations with a sense of responsibility and calmness.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent, preferably a diploma in management or secretarial studies.

Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Proficiency in computer skills and office programs.

Friendly, organized personality, and able to handle pressure.

Expected Salary: 6,000 – 7,000 Saudi Riyals (negotiable based on experience)

Job Title: Salesperson

Salary:
4,000 Riyals + incentives and bonuses upon achieving store targets 💼

Working Days:
6 days a week
(One day off that is not during the weekend – Thursday or Friday)

Working Hours:
8 hours daily

Nature of Work:


• Customer accounting and completing sales transactions
• Daily request to the factory for required products by the end of the day
• Submitting a report on expired products
(The mechanism will be explained inside the store, and it is simple and easy, God willing)
• Daily photography of store products and posting via the store's account on social media platforms

• Consult with potential customers to assess their needs.
• Prioritize identified leads based on their backgrounds and requirements.
• Effectively convey and promote our products to convert customers into success partners.
• Maintain accurate sales activity data related to visits, interactions, and marketing channels.
• Ensure successful sales closure and constantly review sales strategies for target achievement.
• Follow up with customers to gauge interest and address any concerns.
• Educate customers about financing options available.
• Prepare and submit weekly reports on sales activities and statuses.

• Must be a Saudi National.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2C Sales, preferably in the Real Estate or Banking industry.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
Preparing beverages
Preparing all types of coffee and hot and cold drinks according to Exception recipes and standards.

Adjusting coffee equipment and ensuring its quality and daily suitability.

Serving beverages in a professional appearance that matches the brand standards.

Customer service
Welcoming guests with a smile and providing a positive interactive experience.

Explaining the beverage menu and suggesting suitable options according to the customer's preferences.

Handling simple feedback or complaints professionally and referring them to the supervisor when necessary.

Quality and safety
Complying with hygiene, health, and food safety standards.

Ensuring the proper storage of raw materials and monitoring product expiration dates.

Maintaining the coffee station's order and cleaning the equipment regularly.

Managing daily operations
Monitoring daily inventory of coffee and consumables and informing the supervisor of any shortages.

Participating in regular inventory checks.

Operating the cash register (if available) and completing transactions accurately.

Required qualifications:
Previous experience of no less than 1-2 years in the field of coffee preparation (additional advantage).

Good knowledge of types of coffee and extraction methods and beverage preparation.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with customers professionally.

Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Commitment to a professional appearance and the ability to work on a shift basis.
