Working hours are 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.
• Ensure dealing with visitors and calls in a welcoming, kind, and professional manner, while trying to anticipate their needs as much as possible.
• Follow the security procedures for registering visitors and guests, and managing the visitor log in an Excel file.
• Manage and direct visitors arriving at the office, especially government officials, clients, suppliers, and other guests, including gathering the necessary information about the reason for their visit and informing the concerned person.
• Possess the necessary skills to handle any complaints from clients or visitors in a professional and respectful manner, and escalate them to the relevant person when necessary.
• Handle visitor badges, keep written records of visitors, issue temporary visitor badges, and ensure their return after the visit; in addition to controlling all entry doors and communicating with the security company in case of any issue.
• Manage the daily requests from on-site employees.
• Record, track, and update assistance requests related to equipment faults and required improvements, updating statuses as necessary.
• Manage and issue permanent and temporary badges, activating and distributing them.
• Maintain the file storage system in the reception and update it regularly according to CBRE procedures, complying with health and safety measures, reporting any hazards, and attending CBRE trainings.
• Receive all mail shipments and keep a record of all received shipments.
• Ensure compliance with the security and emergency procedures for clients at all times and actively participate in evacuating the building according to incident control procedures.
• Monitor attendance and absence records and regularly update the list.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share daily reports and information in a constructive manner.
