# Receptionist

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, managing appointments, handling mail, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Developing and writing Arabic marketing content for social media platforms and digital campaigns..
• Writing product and service descriptions in an attractive style that reflects the brand's identity and stimulates the desire to purchase..
• Producing creative and professional content in excellent Arabic that suits the local audience and its culture..
• Translating and editing content between Arabic and English to ensure accuracy of meaning and consistency of marketing message..
• Coordinating marketing tables and scheduling publication across social platforms..
• Preparing briefs for designers and the technical team to ensure clarity of visual and advertising messages..
• Managing collaboration with influencers and advertising entities and monitoring the performance of joint campaigns..
• Acting as a linguistic and cultural bridge between the Arab team and the technical side to ensure a balance of performance and creativity..

• Excellent ability to draft official correspondence and edit meeting minutes.
• Professional courtesy, quick response, and complete confidentiality in handling information.

• Manage schedules and appointments, arrange meetings and communications.
• Receive official correspondence and replies, and prepare them in both Arabic and English.
• Coordinate travel and delegations, as well as hospitality arrangements.
• Prepare periodic reports, meeting minutes, and maintain records.
• Follow up on tasks with internal teams and external entities, ensuring their completion.
• Organize files electronically and on paper according to preservation and confidentiality policies.
