As the PRO, you will be at the forefront of handling all government-related transactions, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor, immigration, and commercial regulations, while acting as the main liaison between our company and government authorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Government & Regulatory Liaison: Coordinate with MHRSD, Jawazat, Absher, Muqeem, Qiwa, GOSI, MISA, Chamber of Commerce, and ZATCA. Maintain strong relationships with government officials.
  • Visa & Immigration Management: Process employment, business, visit, and dependent visas. Manage iqama issuance, renewals, transfers, and cancellations. Handle exit/re-entry and final exit procedures.
  • Portal & Online System Management: Manage company records on Absher Business, Muqeem, Qiwa, GOSI, and MHRSD portals. Monitor compliance alerts and portal notifications.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Saudi National (mandatory)
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma preferred
  • 2–5 years experience as PRO in KSA
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and immigration procedures
  • Hands-on experience with government portals
  • Fluency in Arabic; English preferred
  • High level of confidentiality and organizational skills
