Full-time Job Objective: Effectively manage and operate the online store to ensure an excellent customer experience, increase online sales, and achieve the growth targets set by management. Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Follow up on orders and operations: Receive daily orders, process them, and ensure they are shipped and delivered on time, and follow up on return processes.
- Inventory management: Monitor inventory levels periodically, coordinate with the purchasing team to replenish quantities, and conduct necessary stocktaking.
- Customer service: Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to products, shipping, or packaging, and provide appropriate solutions to maintain the store's reputation.
- Analysis and reporting: Monitor store performance, track visits and sales, and prepare periodic (monthly/quarterly) reports and analyses for senior management. Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, e-commerce, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in managing online stores or e-commerce.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Zid), and web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics).
- Personal Skills: Effective communication skills, ability to work as a team, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.
