The purpose of the job:
Welcoming guests and residents in a professional and friendly manner, completing the check-in and check-out procedures, and providing the necessary information and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction and providing a distinguished hospitality experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Welcoming guests and assisting them upon arrival and helping with the check-in process.
·
Carry out check-in and check-out procedures accurately and quickly (Check-in & Check-out) using the booking system.
·
Answer phone calls and customer inquiries with professionalism.
·
Provide accurate information about rooms, prices, services, and available hotel facilities.
·
Coordinate with other departments (Room Service, Housekeeping, Security) to meet the guests' needs.
·
Manage reservations over the phone or online, confirming or modifying them as needed.
·
Collect payments (cash or cards), and issue invoices and receipts.
·
Handle complaints or issues faced by guests and work to resolve them quickly.
·
Adhere to hotel systems and policies and health and safety instructions.
Qualifications and Requirements:
·
High school diplomageneral as a minimum.
·
Proficiency in Arabic, and proficiency in English is preferred, both spoken and written.
·
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs (Word – Excel).
·
Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with various personalities.
·
Politeness, good appearance, and professionalism in dealings.
·
No previous experience is required.
·
The ability to work in shifts (morning/evening/night)..
